Then it was renamed Nantong Square Cold Chain Equipment Company (NTSC for short) in 2012 and was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange (Stock code: 603339) in 2016. In 2018, NTSC formally turned into Square Technology Group Co., Ltd.

The company currently owns 6 subsidiaries, including Nttank, Square-Star Energy, SQ-Panel, Square-Refrigeration & Project and JSK, and one R&D center.
